My current research investigates the relationship between teacher workload and pupil attainment and asks the question 'Is less sometimes more'? Previously, my MPhil used TALIS data to explore links between school culture, leadership and pupil attainment in English secondary schools. Previously, I worked as a teacher, e-Learning specialist and technology director giving me a first hand opportunity to query how schools can better prepare students for a rapidly changing and radically different future.
